Precision Pipe Cutting

Cutting machine to cut our corssbar and column.

Friction Testing Machine

Enable our Column having optimum smoothness and appropriate friction when moving. We have 10 sets of friction machine.

Robotic Welding

Our production using 6 sets of latest robotic arm technologies for most of our welding proces to improve the effiency and accuracy quality.

Stamping Machine

Our production is equipped with 5 to 250 tons stamping machine and up to 30 units.

Laser Cut

Laser Cut machine help us to do customization work and also precision metal fabrication orders.

CMM Machine Check

To check the pipe fabrication quality. Thickness, angle and also surface will be checked.

Friction Check

Each column will be checked with the friction. We will make sure every set of column is within our friction specs.

Strength Test

Our column will be install and also perform pull test to check the strengh.

Load Test

Each shipment will be undergo a Pre-Shipment test. We will carry out load test, functional test, and installation test.
